Join us on Monday, March 30th from 6-9 pm to kick-off our Cool Jobs Expo with a Preview Party to support arts programming and access for kids in Philadelphia and beyond! 

We at Fresh Artists are gearing up for #CoolJobs2020 our creative career expo for 6th and 7th graders from Philadelphia, Norristown, and Camden!!

The event is being help at Moulin at Sherman Mills, 3502 Scotts Lane, Philadelphia with free Valet parking.

Every year this 3-day expo gives almost 600 kids the opportunity to meet people with creative jobs that they never knew about and aims to plant seeds to help them reimagine their own potential future creative jobs! For $25 dollars you can pay it forward all while getting an exciting creative night full of live music, free drinks and snacks, and a taste of what we do over here at Fresh Artists! 

We also have some volunteer opportunities for Cool Jobs available as well, so send us an email if you'd like to get more involved! Make your own Mini-Masterpiece from PMA and put your artistic mark on a Chip Art Mosaic Wall Mural made with recycled paint color chips donated by BEHR. Go home with brilliantly patterned throw pillows, trays, tote bags, coasters, fine art prints, arty wrapping paper, and family board games – all featuring our kids’ art at the Kiddo Pop-Up Shoppe. Enjoy cool music and great grazing by Brulee, while keeping art in our public schools.

Cool Jobs is a ground-breaking program introducing almost 600 public school 6ht and 7th graders to jobs in art and design by meeting successful working professionals. The Preview Party is a grown-up sneak peek at who the kids will meet the next three days – Hang out with acclaimed graffiti painter and brilliant typographer, GlossBlack, lick icing with Cake Life - pastry chefs from Fishtown who crafted Beyonce’s birthday cake, play puppeteer with Saturday Night Live’s prop designers, Monkey Boys Productions, and so much more! A fun fundraiser!
